About Me

I have been doing art for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t something that was always a passion for me. I grew up being told that I wouldn’t be successful as an artist, so drawing remained only a hobby. With all of the outside noise, the unbearable pressure to fit in, and the anxiety that came with standing out, it was hard for me to focus on what my passion in life was, since I was told it couldn’t be art. When the world started to quiet down, and I finally ignored all of the other voices shortly after middle school, I decided to ignore all of the other pressures to conform and did what felt right. When I started to take art more seriously, I ended up at Savannah College of Art and Design. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, my major being Illustration with a concentration in Visual Development. After I graduate SCAD I am hoping to start my career as a professional concept artist for animated films and continuing to grow my art Instagram with my freelance projects.
